Hicalorie x Red Magic - Ciboys 'Calorette' series : When combing beaches around the rest of the world, as the tides come in you'll find gasoline and broken bottles, on Calorette Island when the waves hit the shore you will hear the sounds of fresh milk poured over cereal. There are no factories, but there are mountains and rivers, there are no parking lots, its all covered in daisies, and no microwaves, just cherry pies and chocolate chip cookies. Orca whales chase owls along the promenade on their lunch break, while the clouds smile and enjoy the warmth of the sun on their backs. And while the milk pours and the cookies bake, the clouds smile and the owls chase, the spirit of Calorette watches over its island to make sure none of the demented dolphins get caught in a tuna net and wonders if he should give those murdering dinosaurs a second chance, but most importantly is always doodling new creatures to put on the island, making sure not to color outside the lines.

Lefty the Narcotics Laced Octopus and the Leftettes: Lefty first pushed up against the dumpster out back of Hicalorie studio weeks ago, enslaved by the slippery slope of addiction lefty hasnt moved since. We were happily ignoring its outbursts and slurred ranting untill last thursday lefty shockingly delivered a litter of octopi babies, each one a tiny bundle of narcotics tainted love and affection. Shocked at Lefty’s irresponsibility as a adult octopuss we have withdrawn its rights to parenthood and abducted the entire litter bar 1 which was eaten in protest. To grow up stable and healthy, these guys are gonna need hugs, not drugs. Only you can put things right, please find it in your heart to show us your compassion and take one of these ratty octopus babies off our hands. Check our store for details! Behold the ‘Lo Calorie Rainbow Plush Consortium.’ Its existance benchmarks a revolution in both plush toy and lunchtime boredom. Lo Calorie Rainbow Plush are concieved between 1:00pm and 3:00pm on weekdays and reside in empty shoe boxes or on the couch in Hicalorie Studio untill new homes are found. These plush are in no way impressive, well made, collectable or ‘designer’. They do not have Magic spots which you can rub for good luck nor will they aim to better your life in any way whatsoever. They ARE 100% recycled, spontaneous hand made friends with a lot of love to give.
